1.1 Haileybury and Imperial Service College is an independent co-educational boarding and day school. It was established as a school for male pupils in 1862 in buildings that had housed the training college of the East India Company. In 1942 the school amalgamated with Imperial Service College.
By the time the 1947 Journal appeared it had been snappily renamed the Journal of the United Services College and Imperial Service College Society. Membership was reported to be 700. In 1966 the junior school became known simply as Haileybury Junior School and in 1997 amalgamated with Lambrook School in Winkfield, the land being sold for housing development.

It is a member of the Rugby Group and enrols pupils at the 11+, 13+ and 16+ stages of education. Over 890 pupils attend Haileybury, of whom more than 550 board.
About the school. 1.1 Haileybury and Imperial Service College is an independent day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 11 to 18 years. Established in 1862 as Haileybury College, an independent school for boys, the school amalgamated with the Imperial Service College in 1942 and has educated girls since 1973.

The 2023 IB cohort managed to achieve an average of almost 39 points. In our A-levels league table, Haileybury ranked 119. In 2022, Haileybury pupils managed to achieve 70% A*-A at the A Levels and 77% 9-7 at the GCSEs. Haileybury also offers an IB programme, in which students of the 2022 cohort managed to achieve an average of 38 points.
