Mark Brzezicki had an early session career, drumming for various artists including Al Stewart, Gary Numan, and John Foxx.His first significant success as a drummer was with The Cult between 1982 and 1984, which overlapped with his work with Big Country.Brzezicki left Big Country in 1991 to concentrate on studio work but returned to the band in 1995.
