18 de oct. de 2023 · They toured constantly, and shed original guitarist Mick Bolton, then replacements Larry Wallis and Bernie Marsden, before poaching 18-year-old Michael Schenker from the Scorpions in June 1973. Phenomenon emerged 11 months later, by which time Schenker had helped transform UFO into an entirely different band.
26 de nov. de 2020 · Carrera. Bolton was born in London in 1950. In 1968 in that same city, the guitarist met with the musicians Phil Mogg, Andy Parker and Pete Way and formed the group Hocus Pocus. [2 ] [3 ] After obtaining a record deal, the band changed its name and became UFO, which still retain.In 1970 the group released their first album, titled UFO 1, followed by UFO 2: Flying a year later.
