For only the ninth time in the 143 year history of Tiffin School, we start the new 2023-24 academic year with a new Headteacher, Garth Williams and a farewell to Mike Gascoigne. We were very fortunate indeed to have both with us during the summer term so that Garth is already entirely familiar with the School.

This school is a selective boys’ grammar school with a co-educational sixth form. Tiffin School converted to become an academy school in July 2011. When its predecessor school, Tiffin School, was last inspected by Ofsted it was judged to be outstanding overall. The school uses one unregistered alternative provider.
Approximately 81% of grades were awarded at the highest grades of 7-9 in 2023.
