Work. at Harrow. As a full-boarding school, Harrow employs around 700 people in a variety of teaching and support roles, many of whom work for us all year round. In 2017, he became the Head of Learning Skills and then the Head of Theology & Philosophy a year later. In 2019, Charles was appointed to the Senior Management Team as Academic and Universities Director, holding overall responsibility for the day-to-day academic running of the School, before his appointment as Director of Studies in 2021.
