I love this movie first of all because I was born the year it was released..And it captures the essence of Black youth in the late 80s!! It's a film I like to watch to remember how things were back then, times seemed so much more fun and joyous during that era compared to now..I give Mr. Lee an A+!!!
School Daze was a big one. This film explodes with energy from the first frame, and it never lets up. It’s so cool to see actors from films and TV shows like A Different World, Boyz in the Hood, Martin, White Men Can’t Jump, and the Spike Lee cinematic universe all together.
