Since the official re-release of the NEU! albums in 2001, Rother has toured the globe and collaborated with numerous musicians and bands such as Red Hot Chili Peppers and Paul Weller, as well as writing film scores for two feature films.

  7. Michael Rother biography Born 2 September 1950 (Hamburg, Germany) The German guitarist started his career in the revolutionary krautrock scene at the beginning of the seventies. In 1971, he first appeared in KRAFTWERK during their debut in embryonic electronic rock exploration. The same year until 1975 he integrated the band NEU! in duo with Klaus DINGER.
