27 de jun. de 2020 · So, Sutch is telling me all this, saying, "Oh dear, I must have an album out, you've got to help me," and I said, "Look, I'll help you if I can." It was all fixed that I'd go down there and just do a bit, so we went down and played and I just did some backing tracks to numbers like "Good Golly Miss Molly" and "Roll Over Beethoven."

Lord Sutch, couldn't really sing much, but he thought this was such a laugh, he didn't let a little thing like lack of talent hold him back from being a rock star.

26 de feb. de 2014 · Plus, let’s not forget that Lord Sutch and Heavy Friends came out 44 years ago. Since then, more than a few artists have managed to take raw and sloppy recordings and turn them into platinum-selling albums. It’s just a shame that Lord Sutch – who died in 1999 at the age of 58 – came around too early to be one of them.
