Posterity would have us believe that Brian Eno’s landmark 1978 album Ambient 1: Music for Airports is not only Eno’s first ambient album but the first record of ambient music ever. You don’t have to be a historian of electronic music to know that actual history is rarely so clear-cut and tidy.

Den beiden vorherig genannten Werken hat Eno dann natürlich auch seinen Stempel offenhörbar aufgedrückt.
