Apprenticeship levels. There are four different levels of apprenticeship: Intermediate - equivalent to five good GCSE passes. Advanced - equivalent to two A-level passes. Higher - equivalent to the first stages of higher education, such as a foundation degree. Degree - comparable to a Bachelors or Masters degree.

Virtual Tour of The West Bridgford School. Our Open Evening allows our prospective Pupils and Parents the opportunity to walk the corridors, allowing them to experience what School life will be like at The West Bridgford School. Below we have uploaded an interactive virtual tour of the School allowing you to explore all of our department buildings.
The school day includes 31 hours and 15 minutes of teaching per week. Each Year Group has staggered start and finishing times, below you will see timings for the School day for each separate Year Group. Shaded boxes indicate when the School bells will sound to assist with timings.
Y11 Prom. Tuesday 18 th June was our long awaited Year 11 Prom at Colwick Hall Hotel. Despite the torrential rain, we styled it out! Year 11 pupils arrived wearing all of their finery in an array of swish cars to be met by staff holding a wall of umbrellas. The red carpet may have been soaking wet, but their entrances were grand all the same.
