S3 is only 8 episodes long and the MC didn't come into the story until episode 3. It mostly focuses on Wang Ye, a guy from S2 when the Chulan had to fight in the tournament, and his issues. The plot for S3 is fairly simple and doesn't really add to the overall that's been building up from the first season. Esp if you have no interest in Ouya.
