Osmosis Jones got more mainstream that a niche anime/manga, unfortunately ^^; Still, U-1146 has a LOT more combat skills than Jones, and he doesn't try to endanger the body. Jones's ideas, while justified, got him into trouble, such as making Frank puke a virus or blowing up a zitz.
