Established in the fall of 2009 as a student-led year-long mentorship program. Connects first-year students with trained upper-level mentors and campus resources. Currently comprised of students, mentors and mentees, friends and peers, staff, faculty, and even alumni, who come together to enrich each other's Dartmouth experience.

First-Year Residential Experience. First-Year Residential Experience (FYRE) is a year-long, structured, residentially-based program for all Dartmouth first-year students designed to help them develop close bonds with their floormates and learn valuable information about life on campus.
