ClickUp is great If you need a swiss army knife, a tool that has a huge variety of options to choose from but not high quality options. Clickup as any other app in this category will have some things that will work perfect and others that will not.

  2. 29 de mar. de 2021 · ClickUp has some really great features and is suitable for one-man companies (as I am) as well as really big companies with a lot of different teams. I use it mostly for client projects, but I also manage personal tasks with it and use it for the organization of my master thesis etc.

  3. ClickUp has way too many features. It feels like the team is struggling to keep everything running smoothly and bug-free, while also making sure the UX/UI stays clean and user-friendly. That being said, I really like ClickUp's UI. It's the most important factor for me when I choose a project management platform.

That's one way to link a Clickup task or even a Clickup document to Obsidian. I can paste an Obsidian URL into a OneNote page. Then in OneNote when I click that URL, Obsidian opens at the appropriate location.

Also the first paid tier has lots of what you need higher tiers for in asana. Also assigning two resource to one task isn’t doable in asana. That said, you can have a single task across two places in Asana.

  7. For me that’s not a CRM. Yesss perfectly possible! Yes, you can make an automation that you will be added as the ‘watcher’ or ‘assigned to you’. From that point you can simply update your notification settings. You can also add an automation for a related task and send emails through the ClickUp activity panel.

  9. 5 de jul. de 2022 · CLICKUP is better for project management, tasks and teams as that is what it's designed for, Notion is better as a knowledge management tool. I really wanted to use CLICKUP as an all in one tool, but notion is so beautifully designed and flexible that I find whenever I'm taking notes I'm drawn back to it.
