If you like the Roxy & Elsewhere and Roxy By Proxy albums (if you like Frank Zappa at all, really) then unless you are lucky enough to have seen Zappa & the Mothers in this era at close quarters, seeing this music being performed is an absolute revelation.

If you were to take the material from the TOKEN / KCET concert of August 27, 1974, and merge it with the ROXY movie from December 1973, you'd have almost all the songs from the ROXY AND ELSEWHERE album.
