It was nice to know you." Both of these phrase are often said with '-ing' rather than 'to': "It was nice meeting you." "It was nice knowing you."

I would not have personally said "...and still you are so," but it's fine; I would have said, "...and, even now, you are still so good to me," but it's fine nonetheless. –

"It's been nice to meet you" is perfectly fine, as is "It's been good/nice talking to you," but "good to meet you" sounds a bit awkward to me. I'll have to pay closer attention next time I'm in a meet-and-mingle situation ...
