El sistema de control de Evil Nun es muy sencillo: con el 'stick' virtual de movimiento en la parte izquierda de la pantalla y el botón de interacción en la parte derecha. También en la izquierda encontraremos el botón para agacharnos, vital para hacer menos ruido al movernos y poder colarnos en algunas de las trampillas más estrechas.
