Lawrence Wendell Pfohl (born June 2, 1958), better known by the ring name Lex Luger, is an American retired professional wrestler, bodybuilder, and football player. He is best known for his work with Jim Crockett Promotions, World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE).
Possessing one of the most impressive physiques in the history of sports-entertainment and a repertoire of powerful maneuvers, Lex Luger deserved to be called “The Total Package.” Making his NWA/WCW debut in January 1987, Luger began his career as an associate of the legendary Four Horsemen.
