Timothy Leonard Spall (s. 27. helmikuuta 1957 Battersea, Lontoo) on englantilainen Bafta-palkittu elokuva-, teatteri- ja televisionäyttelijä. Spall aloitti teatteriuransa National Youth Theatressa sekä myöhemmin Royal Academy of Dramatic Artissa, jossa hänet palkittiin vuosikurssinsa lupaavimpana näyttelijänä.
