William Henry Hartnell (Londres, 8 de janeiro de 1908 - Marden, 23 de abril de 1975), também conhecido como Billy Hartnell ou Bill Hartnell, foi um ator Inglês. Hartnell interpretou a primeira encarnação do Doutor na série de ficção científica da BBC Doctor Who, de 1963 a 1966.
