Allan Holdsworth, född 6 augusti 1946 i Bradford i West Yorkshire, död 15 april 2017 i Vista i Kalifornien, [1] var en brittisk jazz gitarrist känd för sina mycket komplexa kompositioner och tekniska förmåga..
