Graeme William Ramsay (7 September 1932–23 June 2017) Graeme was born in Kilbirnie, Wellington and had an early interest in insects and other invert-ebrates. He attended both Rongotai College in Wellington and later Nelson College, where he was sent to live as a boarder during New Zealand’s poliomyelitis epidemic in 1948.
Professor Graeme Jones has longstanding experience in all areas of Rheumatology including biologic therapy and a wide range of autoimmune conditions as well as osteoporosis. Prof Jones has in interest in personalised medicine, patient care (including TeleHealth) and advocacy, having served as Medical Director of Arthritis Australia for over 10 years.
