Review written by John Fitzgerald, May 11th, 2005 Perhaps due to Peter, John & Mick being the core band on this album backing up Boyd's piano and vocal work, I find "7936 South Rhodes" to be more pleasing than the "Eddie Boyd and his blues band featuring Peter Green" album (although Peter & John played on that one too, there were other musicians that didn't really gel well with Eddie's swings).
