La terza stagione è stata interrotta a metà a causa dello sciopero degli sceneggiatori, conclusa quindi con l'episodio 11, la CBS ha comunque ordinato una quarta stagione in onda negli USA dal 28 settembre 2008 al 10 maggio 2009. Il 19 maggio 2009 il network ha cancellato la serie al termine della quarta stagione.
