It was during that period that Jeff and I began writing together. We really are kindred spirits. That band morphed into “The Donna Jean Godchaux Band w/Jeff Mattson.” We recorded the album “Back Around” at “The Nutthouse Recording Studio” in the Muscle Shoals area, and is my favorite solo work to date.
