17 de oct. de 2022 · Instructions. Preheat the oven to 200c. Cut the potatoes into 1cm chip shapes. Line a baking sheet (see notes) and put the chips on. Sprinkle over the oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes so they are totally coated in the oil and the seasoning. Bake for 45 mins.
