The Brood was a stable known for its time in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) during the Attitude Era from 1998 to 1999. The Brood was composed of Gangrel, Christian and Edge. Their gimmick was that of a clan of vampires, although they were often merely described by announcers as living a "gothic lifestyle".

The Brood es Cronenberg de alta calidad. Hay algunas pifias conceptuales con el tema de los monstruos, pero el resto es impecable. Cronenberg seguiría con Scanners (1981), con lo cual obtendría fama y poder artístico como para comenzar a desarrollar proyectos más grandes, sólo que esta vez en Hollywood.
