The dexterity and power of his percussion made him a household name, and he also played key roles in the careers of many of rock’s biggest stars.
Powell and Neil Murray were members of Brian May's band, playing on the Back to the Light and Another World albums. He played with May opening for Guns N' Roses on the second American leg of their Use Your Illusion tour in 1993.

Another World was released on June 1, 1998 in the UK on picture disc vinyl and CD. While not as successful as Back To The Light, Another World did chart in the UK at #23. Shortly before the album was completed, drummer Cozy Powell who was a creative force on both of Brian's albums, was killed in a car accident.
An interesting remix, released as a tribute to Cozy Powell shortly after his death. The track itself is a really nicely done edit of the album track with a new drumming intro and a very long outro mixed in from Live At The Brixton Academy.
