Deadline Gallipoli is an Australian television drama mini-series, first screened on Foxtel's Showcase channel on 19 and 20 April 2015. The two-part series explores the Gallipoli Campaign from the point of view of war correspondents Ellis Ashmead-Bartlett, Charles Bean, Keith Murdoch, and Phillip Schuler.
Three journalists arrive at Gallipoli with the invading British and Allied troops in 1915. They will report the war but are prevented from getting out the true story of an unfolding disaster. This is the story of journalists who will not accept that truth be the first casualty.
