I would say yes. Comparing his damage to bases at level 30 to Mad Doctor Klay’s damage at level 30, which does the most damage in the game* (if you don’t include abilities that make a unit stronger)*, he completely OBLITERATES him. If you want to maximize damage to bases, Get Warlock and Pierre!
