Se presenta la revisión de Tetrorchidium para Colombia y Ecuador. El género está formado por nueve especies, una de las cuales es nueva para la ciencia. Se reestablece a T. robledoanum y se propone como sinónimo de T. rubrivenium a T. boyacanum.
