El haz y envés de esta residencia de estudiantes que alberga 192 pequeños apartamentos están definidos por la casi imposible geometría de la parcela donde se ubica el proyecto: una banda de 11 metros de anchura y 200 metros de longitud flanqueada por el parisino parque de la Villette y por una nueva línea de tranvía.
