The Rambler Rebel V-8 Custom forms part of AMC's 20 Rambler Rebel model series. Its engine is a naturally aspirated petrol, 4.1 litre, overhead valve 90 degree V 8 cylinder with 2 valves per cylinder. It develops 200 bhp (203 PS/149 kW) of power at 4900 rpm, and maximum torque of 332 N·m (245 lb·ft/33.9 kgm) at 2500 rpm.
