27 de jul. de 2023 · Learn about the history, specs, and features of the Honda Odyssey ATV, the only mass-produced four-wheeled dune buggy ever made. The Odyssey was a predecessor to the Honda Pilot ATV and had a three-speed transmission with reverse gear.
The Honda Odyssey FL250 brought to market in 1985 however is more of true dune buggy. With its wider stance, more powerful engine, full roll cage and rear suspension it is capable of speeds up to 55mph with the frame to support it. Issues with sustainability led to a recall and the eventual complete redesign of the model.

20 de may. de 2016 · Its 59.5inch width is a close match for today’s 60-inch-wide woods-width UTVs, and it made the Pilot very stable. Amazingly, some of the Pilot’s features beat what we see on similar machines today. Shoulder harnesses and rear-view mirrors were standard equipment, and the Pilot weighed just 592.5 pounds. A Polaris Ace is 830 pounds.
