Geoffrey Chaucer ['ʤefɹi 'ʧɔ:sə] (Londres, c. 1343-ibídem, 25 de octubre de 1400) fue un escritor, filósofo, diplomático y poeta inglés, conocido sobre todo por ser autor de los Cuentos de Canterbury.

He died in 1366 or 1367 at age 53.
