8 de oct. de 2023 · This mod makes it so after defeating Delirium, it drops a new item called "Delirious R Key". This item works nearly identical to R Key, except that it also replaces 6 of your red heart containers with broken hearts.

Delirious is an unlockable activated item added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth †. Upon use, spawns Delirium in a form of a friendly boss for the current room. Changes the appearance of the current room so it looks like a different chapter.

As you might know, on the 6th and 7th sacrifices, you have respectively a 33% chance to be teleported to an angel room, and then to get an angel room item to spawn. Fittingly enough, Delirious is an angel room item, and I calculated the odds of finding delirious after one sacrifice room to be at least .74%.
All I've got left in the game (I believe) is the Dedication achievement and finding the Delirious item. I've gone down the path of restarting as Isaac until I find Goat Head in a curse room, then trying to get as many battery boosting items as possible to get rerolls for Angel Rooms.
