8 de mar. de 2006 · P0336 is Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor A Performance according to EFILive. It can do a CASE relearn also. Usually you only have to do this if you've replaced the PCM, or the sensor is bad.

When the Corvette's ECM determines that there is an issue with the signal coming from this sensor, it'll throw the P0335 trouble code.

14 de ago. de 2012 · The ECM uses each CKP signal pulse to determine crankshaft speed and decodes the crankshaft reluctor wheel reference gap to identify crankshaft position. This information is then used to sequence the ignition timing and fuel injection events for the engine.
