3 de jul. de 2012 · The crankshaft pulley does not spin when the car is on which none of the belts are moving due to that issue. When further examined the damper which the bolt is attached to is spinning but not the pulley it's self.
1 de may. de 2010 · Install the crankshaft damper and tighten the bolt as follows: * Step 1: Tighten the bolt to 78–99 ft. lbs. (105–135 Nm). * Step 2: Loosen the bolt one full turn. * Step 3: Tighten the bolt to 35–39 ft. lbs. (47–53 Nm). * Step 4: Tighten the bolt 85–95 degrees.

4 de jul. de 2010 · Apply Silicone Gasket and Sealant F7AZ-19554-EA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSK-M2G343-A4 to the front of the crankshaft on the inside diameter surface of the crankshaft damper at keyway.
13 de jun. de 2011 · Remove pulley and bracket from eng. Crankshaft pulley screws into crankshaft damper with a left-hand thread; turn crankshaft pulley clockwise to loosen and remove it. Remove crankshaft damper retaining bolt (conventional right-hand threads).
Using the Crankshaft Vibration Damper Replacer and Front Cover Oil Seal Installer, install the crankshaft pulley. Using the Strap Wrench, install the crankshaft pulley washer and new bolt and tighten in 4 stages.
