26 de may. de 2024 · Walt Disney (1901–66) was an American film and TV producer who pioneered animated cartoon films and created the characters Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. He also planned and built the amusement park Disneyland and had begun a second one, Walt Disney World, before his death.
Early life Disney's childhood home. Disney was born on December 5, 1901, at 1249 Tripp Avenue, in Chicago's Hermosa neighborhood. He was the fourth son of Elias Disney—born in the Province of Canada, to Irish parents—and Flora (née Call), an American of German and English descent.
