8 de dic. de 2016 · Apparently, shortly after setting off at 6.38pm, Neil lost control of his car in a wet spot while swerving around a stationary fire truck at 65mph in a 25mph zone. His Ford Pantera then careered into the path of oncoming traffic and was struck by two other cars.
16 de may. de 2019 · Mötley Crüe's lead singer Vince Neil was convicted of manslaughter for killing his friend Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley in a car accident in 1984. He was driving a vintage Ford De Tomaso Pantera with Dingley holding hundreds of dollars' worth of alcohol in his lap when they collided with another car.
Razzle was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead at 7:12 p.m.; he had died instantly in the collision. Both occupants of the other car were seriously injured, sustaining brain damage as a result of the crash. Vince Neil was charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with the crash.
