Because at its core, Tame Impala is just another lightweight, hipster band in the indie landfill. Ty Segall is worlds better if you want an example of non-Imagine Dragony modern psyche. He’s a truly great, heavy songwriter that doesn’t need to rely on production sheen.
My favorite from Slow Rush is currently One More Hour. Although, like Currents, there are a bunch of great tracks from Slow Rush. By now, you realize I've only talked about Tame Impala's 2 latest, and most popular, albums. I was never into Innerspeaker and Lonerism, but decided I couldn't call myself a Tame Impala fan if I didn't check them out ...

First time I heard tame impala was back in 2015 on a jetstar flight to Bali. I was bored so I started flicking through the music on the screen in the seats. I only clicked on currents because the album art looked weird and I expected to hear some bad alty kinda stuff, which I initially did.
Content that lacks any meaningful merit, despite being related to Tame Impala. Includes single thought exclamations and memes. These posts, ironic or unironic, should be kept on r/tameimpalacirclejerk.
