I was thinking of factoring in Felix's abuse of alcohol in 1964 to my theory but I didn't just because other than Linda Thompson's diary entries, there's not a lot to go on. Maybe it's something related to BSI, or maybe he wasn't happy with the cybertech deal, maybe something we don't know about yet would be my guesses.
