Krishna Ballabh Sahay (Hindi: कृष्ण बल्लभ सहाय; 31 December 1898 – 3 June 1974), popularly known as K B Sahay was an Indian freedom fighter, who after Indian Independence became the Revenue Minister of Bihar and then became the fourth Chief Minister of unified Bihar.

Sahay was appointed the Revenue Minister of Bihar in the first interim government after independence. He was responsible for the passage of the Zamindari Abolition Bill which made Bihar the first state to pass such an Act.
Krishna Ballabh Sahay, Sri Krishna Sinha, Binodanand Jha and Lalu's other predecessors failed to promote industrial development, which could have benefitted the most rural state in India.
He first became a Cabinet Minister in 1963 in Krishna Ballabh Sahay ministry. He was accorded the third place in the ministry after Chief Minister Sahay and his deputy Satyendra Narain Singh. A veteran freedom fighter, Shri Yadav was a key figure from Bihar in India's freedom struggle.
