Perfect Union is a 2021 studio album by American disco and funk band Kool & the Gang. The album was the first new music from the group in over a decade and was last to feature founding member Ronald Bell before his death.

In 2016, a Jersey City street was renamed the "Kool and the Gang Way". During 2019 Kool and the Gang was also bestowed with the Marian Anderson Award. In 2021, the group released Perfect Union, their 25th studio album and first album of new material in 14 years. The album was produced by Khalis Bayyan before his 2020 death.
