Dropout Boogie feels of a piece with 2019’s “Let’s Rock”: catchy, concise, stripped down but polished, with references to glam (“Wild Child”), psychedelia (“How Long”), and post-Stones blues (the Billy Gibbons co-write “Good Love”).
