"Engine Blocked" is the sixteenth episode of Season 3 which aired on May 9, 2003 in the US. When Timmy’s Dad becomes obsessed with a new car, Timmy finds the tiny amount of time he spends with his Dad dwindle down to nothing.
Mr. Turner is taking his son and his friends to his favorite old childhood spot, Dimmsdale Flats, but when they get there they see that the place is about to be torn down by Doug Dimmadome, and the only way to stop him is to find the deed to the city which was lost hundreds of years ago.
