I'm sure at least some of you have seen this video on Youtube: Tank Rush. Regardless of how it was done, this plugin more-or-less recreates the gameplay of the above video. An endless amount of tanks spawn at intervals, and you have to get to the safe room before you die. If a tank dies, everyone gets fully healed.

This mutation is like Tank Rush with a twist: There are only boomers at first, but boomer vomit will attract a mob of tanks. The goal: finish without getting vomited (and if you do get vomited, finish without dying).
