Slattern would be much slower on land than in water, while Striker would be faster. So advantage: Striker. Hard to say, though Striker would have a much, much better chance on land for sure. Slattern is massive. Weighs at least 3 times as much as Striker and those tails can pack a huge punch.
The armour plating is MK's key advantage here. Whilst Slattern may triumph in mobility/agility, that's about it. MK's a lot harder to kill. A damager Striker Eureka almost killed Slattern, underwater, where Jaegers are less effective. Four newer-generation Jaegers, on land, couldn't kill MK by conventional means.
