Resident Evil 2 Remake vs. Resident Evil 7. Discussion. Now that we have two modern RE games in the RE Engine, which one do you guys prefer? I really enjoy the minimalism and freshness of RE7, but I feel like RE2 Remake is the definitive RE package that blends everything great about the old and newer games.

13 de jun. de 2022 · Earlier this year, we announced that Resident Evil 7 (2017), Resident Evil 2 (2019), and Resident Evil 3 (2020) are making their way onto PlayStation 5, and that current owners of the PlayStation 4 versions of these games will be eligible for upgrades at no additional cost through the PS4 to digital PS5 upgrade option.
I prefer 7 overall. I feel it’s more creative, and has better DLC. 2R is solid though. You can’t really go wrong with either. The first person camera really adds to the tension. On my first play, I had sweaty palms for the first 3 hours.
