Version 2.2.2.0 (left4dead2) Network Version 2.1.0.0. Exe build: 15:57:39 Jun 26 2021 (8267) (550) since my L4D2 is after updating and then I cant play it with sourcemod (or plugins? because I am not sure) and I tried to remove " -insecure " as to call on a "stop" over sourcemod.
12 de ago. de 2014 · Failed to load the launcher dll. I tried everything: - reainstaling game 3 times. - verify integraty of game files 5 times. - deleting bin folder from game folder 2 times. - copy bin folder from l4d1 to l4d2 bin folder. Nothing! l4d1 is working fine though. Please hepl.

Turns out L4D2 will not boot up because of a file named "shaderapidx9.dll", this crash has also been documented on another VALVE games. Anyways to fix it do the following: -Go to: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wbem. -Find the file named fastprox.dll.
